Product Description :

Material :The panel is made of Q235 steel by hydraulic punching machine ;

The size of the panel is :1220*1220mm , 1000*1000mm ,1000*500mm , 500*500mm ;

The thickness of the panel mainly includes :5mm , 4.5mm , 3mm , 2.5mm , 2mm ,1.5mm . It is different according to the dimension ;

Flanges: The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plate on four sides.

Reinforcement Method: All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of hot-dipped galvanized material.

Features of hot dipped galvanized steel water tank :

1.Use the 1000T hydraulic press mould one-time automatically press different size slab(1*1m,1*0.5m,0.5*0.5m).

2.Light weight ,anti-corrosion and a better shockproof and shock resistant ability .

3.Because the water tank board design style is "CONVEX",water amount higher ten percent than general water tank .

4.Screw connected each side of slab increased from 10 to 20,increasing the intensity of the screw and greatly decrease the possibility of leakage .

5.It is practical and convenient to assemble and disassemble .

6.The size is flexibility ,we can assemble the volume from 0.125 to 1500CBM.
